The wood nook can be installed flush to the face of the fireplace or pulled forward as part of a raised, extended hearth (as shown above).

Under hearth nooks install beneath FMI's Georgian Masonry and Portofino wood burning fireplaces, enhancing the scale and total hearth future without taking up additional wall space or outdoor room area.

The firebrick kit includes factory installed template panels, precut and labeled bricks and a bag of hi-temp motar to grout the finished nook.
